A Little About Us

H ey there! I'm Benjamin Banks; together with my wife Karolina Banks, we are a husband and wife Cinematography / Photography team based in beautiful northern, Virginia. I have always been a person who believed that visual storytelling enables us to experience life and moments in a different way. This, along with my lifelong love for film-making and adventure inevitably became the stepping stone for me to pursue cinematography as a career.

I have been making films since I was a child, which grew into me working professionally since 2013, and in 2019 The Forge Films was born. Special thanks to my incredible wife Karolina, who has always been my number one supporter and joind me on this adventure. Together we share our passion with couples and business owners to create and bring their vision to life. As a couple, we put our Clients at the center of our lives, we love traveling around the world to experience new cultures and be inspired by them.
